To create an online Survey for your website is a great way to be interactive with your clients or potential clients. Here we will show you the basics for setting up an online Survey.
For the purpose of this training we will start with the following assumptions:
- You have a WellPlanet.com Website.
- We have already setup the page to host your survey and added the survey module to the page.
- You have already logged into your website as an administrator.
- You have already navigated to the page that your survey will be hosted on.
So the next step is to configure the settings for you Survey.


Now you can add the questions and answers to your Survey.



There are many ways that you can promote your survey: a link from your home page or blog, post the link on your facebook page or twitter, include a link in your Newsletter, promote the survey internally in your office or workshop, and you could also include info about your survey in your other advertising. Having a survey on your website creates a conversation with your patients or potential patients and can provide them with immediate feedback in regards to where they are in relationship to all others that have participated in the Survey.
