One of our newest features is the ability to embed your YouTube Channel directly into your website. Not only can we embed just a single video but your entire YouTube Channel. In this training we are looking at how to Change the Featured Video on your YouTube Channel, which will also change the video which is featured through your website.

The first step to change the featured video on your YouTube Channel is to login to your YouTube Channel and then navigate to your Channel. To navigate to your channel click your username in the upper right hand corner then click My Channel. (See image left – click to expand). One you are on your Channel you will then click on Videos and Playlists (see image right – click to expand). This will open up your Videos and Playlists editor. Select the video you would like to feature from the Featured Video drop down menu, then be sure to save settings (See Image below – click to expand image). Once you have saved changes your featured video will change both on your YouTube Channel on YouTube and on your website. One other feature, which you may consider is checking the box titled Autoplay Featured Video – if checked this will autoplay your featured video on YouTube. We can also get your YouTube Channel on your website to autoplay your featured video but this requires changing the code that produces the player.
