However, some of our clients prefer to do things the old fashioned way by logging into the website and editing the content using on Online Editor. Well the great news is that we are here to help! We offer you the option to edit your website in many different ways. In this training we have Videos for demonstrating how to edit the content of your website – from your website. There are some new features that have been added to the News Articles for improving the Search Engine Optimization. We will be adding a video training shortly to review these new concepts. However, the majority of them are very self explanatory. You can add "Tags" to your article - tags are the keywords that you would like the search engines to index your article as relating to these keywords. You can also add Metatags to each article. This allows you to add a unique Title to each article, and unique description, and unique keywords. While adding a News Article online you will see the tab for adding Tags and Metatags to each article positioned between the Text/HTML editor for the main body of the article and the Text/HTML editor for the summary of the article. The one significant advantage of using the online editor as compared to the Windows Live Writer editor for you News Articles is the ability to edit the Tags and Metatags. However, we expect that you will be able to edit both of these with Windows Live Writer in the near future.
