Our client submitted the following details on their Skin Customization Form:

The first item that we want to attempt to make a decision on is the Color Theme and the second is Font. This client has provided 3 potential Color Themes and 3 potential fonts. To help our client come to a decision in regards to, which Color Theme and Font they would prefer to move forward with we will provide a few samples using all of the items they have selected.

The first group of 3 samples uses all of the items selected in column 1 above labeled Option 1 combined with all 3 Color Themes and Blog Font:

The second group of 3 samples uses all of the items selected in column 2 above labeled Option 2 combined with all 3 Color Themes and Popular Font.

The third group of 3 samples uses all of the items selected in column 3 above labeled Option 3 (where no item was selected in column 3 we used the selection from column 2) combined with all 3 Color Themes and Classic Font.

After reviewing the items above our goal is to see that our client can come to a decision in regards to which Color Theme and Font they would prefer to move forward with. At a later stage when we have finished making decisions in regards to all of the other features we will also provide our client the opportunity to review their final decision using different Color Themes to ensure that are fully satisfied with their decision.

Round 2:

In round one you selected the following image as you favorite choice:

We will now go through the individual customizations to confirm your decision for each by viewing each of the choices you have made.

Sheet:

Please review the font, layout and sheet to confirm you selection. We will then add these choices to your skin before reviewing the remaining items individually.

The customizations that you have confirmed are indicated in the chart below in purple. Please scroll down to review the customiztions for Round 3.

Round 3

In this round we are going to firm up the rest of the relatively easy items and we will save the special effects and the header for the final steps. With the customization that you have confirmed in the first two rounds in place we will now look at the Menu, Blocks, Buttons, and Footer.

Menu:

Blocks & Buttons:

Confirm you selections by posting a comment.

In the next round we will be working on the header, background, and the special affects. You mentioned that you would like to use a picture of the office, family or staff as part of the customization in the header. If you have already sent these image for use on your website - please indicate which images you would like to use. If you have not sent the images you would like to use – please do so as soon as possible so we can work on this portion of the customization.

Lets start with the Footer as you skipped it in the last round - just need the alignment you prefer:

Header Type & Size:

Before customizing the header any further I will need to get the images you would like to see integrated: Office, Family, Staff. If you can email these to me or let me know which ones on the site you would like to use.

Header Special Affects: (All of the images below were produced with Abstract 15 as the primary background image)

I created the above header as an example of the variation we can create. You can change the overlay image. You can choose to use one of the abstracts backgrounds or not. You can choose to use a Glare Special Affect or not. The images below I have duplicated the Special Affects images above but without the Abstract 15 background.

There are literally hundreds of special affects which can be applied. I scrolled through them to see which ones I felt looked the best. From these samples if you can tell me what you like. What you don’t like and if there is anything else that you would like to sample.

Based on your feedback I have created a few custom headers.

Custom Headers:

Let me know what you like what you don’t like and anything else that you would like to see.

Re-coloring the logo:

I started by trying to re-color the existing logo by converting the image to greyscale. This will show the original black in black and the original green in a shade of grey. I then converted the entire logo to black.

With the logo we can also add a contour, shadow or highlight to get the look and feel you want.

In the headers above I made the following adjustments to your logo:

  1. Black color overlay, 1px outline off-white, 3px shadow
  2. 1px outline off-white
  3. Black color overlay, 1px outline off-white
  4. 1px outline off-white, 3px shadow
  5. Contour, Black color overlay, 1px outline off-white, 3px shadow

I provided these as samples of what we can do with the logo in relation to the header image. If you would like to see any other combinations or modifications to colors please let me know.

Hey Dr. Terry I fully agree with your selection. We now have an overview of what you would like your custom skin to look like. However, as we want to ensure you get the exact skin you want we will go through the individual customization features now.

Please review the font, layout and sheet images and let me know your choices for each. We will then add your choices to the skin and display the next few options with your first choices in place so that you get a better idea of what they will look like.

Hey Dr. Terry,
I have created a few samples of what we can do with your header. I started with the selections you have made previously. Then used the options you chose for the header background. I added to this an image I had of your family. This image can easily be changed.

I then demonstrated a few potential special affects while keeping the background image. Finally I show the same special affects without the background image.

From here I need your feedback on what you like and what you don't like. If there is anything that you would like to see different or see more samples of. Just let me know what we can do to make your skin amazing.

Dr. Pat, I like the Abstract 10, I like the glare corner 6 also. I just looked at Allen Miners site again and I really like the faded edges picture of the inside of his office and his logo in the header. If you could put something like that together I would love to see what it looks like. There should be a picture of hot seats with the front desk, Amanda, and the kids area in the background. Let me know if you don't have that picture and I can send it to you. This is looking great, thanks, Terry

I really like the picture of the clinic in there. Not sure what you think about it. I also like the logo. The two look great together. I don't know if there is any way to change the green on the logo to black. I think it clashes with the green background. I know that is how I sent it to you so I am not sure you can change it. I am looking on another computer to see if I have the whole thing in black. I didn't really like any of the effects with the picture. Thanks, Terry

Hey Terry,
I have created a few variations of you logo so that you can get an idea of what we can do with it. In the first one I simply converted the logo to grey scale. Then I did a color overlay. In the next few I added various combinations of color overlay, shadow, outline, and contour. Hopefully, you will have a better idea of what we can do to make it look great. I look forward to your feedback.

Dr. Pat
